Comparative analysis of the medical guarantees program packages in the field of “Oncology”

Annotation. The approaches implemented in the National Health Service of Ukraine (NHSU) for entering interactions or treated cases into packages field “Oncology”, as well system their financing, need constant improvement. aim study is to assess main inconsistencies and inaccuracies existing grouping rules regarding cases/interactions “Oncology” formulate proposals improving Medical Guarantees Program based on findings. A descriptive-analytical was conducted 8 months year 2022 comparing clinical compliance with rate medical services provided patients oncological oncohematological diseases within oncology a comparison Australian coding standards. As result analysis, certain problems were revealed “Oncology”: unclear criteria inclusion case package, particularly diagnoses that are not related malignant neoplasms; duplication packages, which contributes double/triple funding case; lack automatic monitoring correct diagnosis interventions; ongoing analysis outpatient settings from point view rate, failure apply timely preventive measures. proposed ways will allow improve equipment diagnostic treatment units providing service cancer due use released/saved funds, lead an increase survival patients, early stages prevention new diseases.
